2) The cooling water is polluted or the cooling water has not been replaced for a long time. Solution: Replace the cooling water and clean the UV filter glass tube and xenon lamp.

3) The focusing lens or the resonant cavity diaphragm of the laser is damaged or contaminated. Solution: replace or clean the focusing lens and the resonant cavity reflective diaphragm.

4) The laser is not output from the center of the copper nozzle under the focusing head. Solution: adjust the 45-degree reflective diaphragm to make the laser output from the center of the nozzle.

5) The shutter is not fully opened. Solution: check and add lubricating oil to the shutter connector to make the connector mechanically smooth.

6) The shielding gas is too large. Solution: adjust the gas flow of the shielding gas.

Fault 6: The weld seam of the laser welding machine is very black

1) The airflow direction of the shielding gas is wrong. Solution: make the airflow direction of the shielding gas opposite to the movement direction of the workpiece.

2) The nitrogen is not turned on. Solution: turn on the nitrogen.
